This Information Notice has been prepared by Louren Tekstil Sanayi Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi ("Louren"), as the data controller, within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL"), in order to inform you about the collection methods, processing, use, transfer, and destruction of your personal data in accordance with Article 10 titled 'Obligation of the Data Controller to Inform' and Article 11 titled 'Rights of the Data Subject'.
Louren requests and processes the following personal data from you, limited to the specified purposes: your name, surname, address, mobile phone number, email address, date of birth, and the first six digits of your credit card (BIN number).

2. Legal Basis for Processing
Data processing within the framework of your face-to-face purchases from our stores and the distance sales contract you make on the website, for legal reasons arising from the Turkish Code of Obligations, Consumer legislation, Turkish Commercial Code, tax legislation, Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law No. 6698") /2 (a), (c), (d), respectively, based on the reasons that it is mandatory by law, directly related to the establishment or execution of the contract, and that it is mandatory for Louren, as the data controller, to fulfill its legal obligations.
Camera recordings in the stores are processed based on the provision of KVKK article 5/2 (f) due to the necessity of protecting Louren's legitimate interests. Such processing is not subject to your consent. In this respect, we hereby inform you that you do not have the right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data until the end of the retention periods required by the business and law.
Your date of birth is made public voluntarily, with your consent, and is processed in accordance with KVKK 5/2(d).
The personal data of the users who become members of the website, which are made public by them within the framework of membership, are processed based on the express consent of the member and based on the provision of Article 5/1 of the KVKK. Being a member of our website does not mean that your personal data will be used to communicate with you for advertising and marketing purposes unless you give your explicit consent.
The processing of your personal data for the purposes of communicating with you and carrying out marketing activities, including providing information about new products and promotions, programs that provide money and points earnings, is based on your explicit consent in accordance with Article 5/1 of Law No. 6698.

3. Data Collection Method
Your personal data is collected through your data entry on the website and/or during the transactions you carry out in our retail stores. This data is processed by Louren Operations Team and maintained by Louren's ERP System.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Transfer Without Explicit Consent.
Your Personal Data may be transferred to Louren stores, SGK, tax office, banks, cargo companies, business partners, relevant units within the company, law enforcement and law enforcement in accordance with Louren's responsibilities and legal obligations arising from the law, for the purpose of delivery of requested products and services, and payment transactions. It can be transferred to the Turkish Armed Forces, judicial institutions and Turkish Statistical Institute and relevant public institutions and organizations, to law firms and lawyers in case of legal disputes, to financial advisors, certified public accountants and financial consultancy and auditing companies for the purpose of financial audit and fulfillment of legal obligations.

Your personal data may be processed in a limited and proportionate manner in connection with the purpose for which they are processed, in cases where it is required by law and/or in terms of the performance of the contract, based on the provision of 8/2(a) of the KVKK, and/or in order to fulfill its legal obligations and if required by Louren's legitimate interest. It is transferred to third parties within the country without your express consent.
Transfer Based on Explicit Consent.
Personal data such as identity and contact information of customers can be transferred to Louren's suppliers who provide advertising and marketing services during its activities, based on explicit consent in accordance with Article 8/1 of the KVKK. Data owners can withdraw their consent at any time for the transfer of their personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Protection and Deletion of Personal Data
Louren is obliged to take all kinds of physical, technical and administrative measures to ensure an adequate level of security in order to prevent unlawful processing of your personal data, unlawful access to your personal data and to ensure the preservation of your personal data, and it takes these measures to the maximum extent.
Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by Louren at the end of ten (10) years following the last purchase contract you concluded with Louren.
If you become a member of our website, the personal information you provide to us during membership will be kept for two (2) years in addition to the duration of your membership, including commercial communication with you, unless you withdraw your explicit consent.
If you are not a member of our website, the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes is limited to two (2) years following the last date you purchased products and/or services from Louren. After the two (2) year period, Louren will no longer use your personal data to contact you for marketing purposes.
Camera recordings in Louren stores are kept for 3 months from the date of recording and are destroyed at the end of the period. Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in the first destruction period following the retention periods specified here.
6. Your Rights as a Personal Data Owner

In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller published by the Personal Data Protection Board, if your application will be answered in writing regarding your requests regarding your rights as personal data owners, no fee will be charged for up to ten pages.
A processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira may be charged for each page over ten pages. If the response to the application is given on a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by our Company as the data controller will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.
