What are the return conditions?
Due to hygiene conditions, you can return all products, except underwear, accessories, swimsuits, bikinis and corsets, free of charge, within 15 days, provided that they are unused and with the invoice.


How can I cancel my membership?
For membership cancellations, you can send an e-mail to [email protected].

I forgot my password, how can I find it out?
You can request a new password by clicking on the I forgot my password link.

How can I pay by money order?
You can follow the steps below for money transfer/EFT payments.

1- After selecting the transfer option in the payment step, take note of the IBAN number below.

(You can find bank IBAN information on the Payment Methods page and in the email sent after the order is created.)

2- Then click on the "Complete Payment" button at the bottom right.

3- After completing the order, take note of the order number given to you, starting with SUW. You can also access your order number from the "My Orders" page or from the e-mail sent to you.

4- When making your payment, specify the recipient name as "Louren Tekstil Sanayi Pazarlama Anonim Şifrketi" and be sure to write your order number starting with SP in the description section.

5- After making the payment, send your receipt to [email protected] by e-mail. For money order orders, you must pay within 3 business days. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled

Can I change the address after my order is shipped?
Address changes cannot be made after your order is delivered to cargo. You can contact Aras Cargo or Yurtiçi Kargo regarding this issue.
