Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Procedures


What are the return and exchange policies?

Our company adheres to the Consumer Protection Law in return and exchange processes. The product can be returned free of charge within 15 days with its original invoice, provided that it is unused, the original packaging is undamaged, and it is complete.

Return process: Details of the product to be returned (Product name-code) and the reason for return should be noted at the bottom of the invoice. The product to be returned is examined by our expert team to ensure compliance with the return rules. Once approved, the product amount will be refunded within 10 business days. The processing time for the refund to reflect in the account may vary from bank to bank. Louren is not responsible for any delays in the bank crediting the amount to the customer's account.

Can I exchange a product? Product exchange can be made at our stores. According to our return procedures, you can return the purchased product(s) free of charge and create a new order with desired products.

Cancellation process: If the cancellation or return of the product has been completed and the campaign conditions still apply, the campaign will not be canceled. However, if the products do not meet the campaign conditions, the campaign will be canceled, and the refund will be made deducting the campaign discount.

What products are not eligible for return or exchange? Due to hygiene rules, underwear items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items with special adhesive stickers for the first user, accessories, corsets, and fantasy products cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, if the hygiene bands on the bottom of bikinis and swimsuits are removed, exchanges cannot be made.


How does the shipping process proceed in return transactions?

In return transactions, shipments are sent free of charge through our contracted carrier, Aras Kargo. To benefit from free shipping, you should provide Louren Tekstil Aras Cargo Agreement Code or Louren Tekstil Aras Cargo Agreement Code to the branch official. If you choose a courier other than Aras Kargo for the product return, the shipping fee will not be covered by our company.

How does the refund process work after the return?

When the return transaction is approved on Louren.com.tr, the refund is processed. The reflection period of the refund into the account is determined by the bank, so the duration may vary. At this point, our company does not intervene in the process.

How does the order cancellation process proceed?

You can cancel the product you ordered by calling +90 (850) 241 60 60 before it is invoiced. For invoiced products, the return process is applied.

 

How are the return and cancellation of promotional items processed?

If the cancellation or return of a product has been completed but the campaign terms continue to be met, the campaign will not be canceled. However, if the products do not meet the campaign conditions, the campaign will be canceled. The refund amount will be issued deducting the campaign discount.

Delivery and Shipping Procedures

What is the delivery time?

Orders placed on Louren.com.tr are delivered to Aras Kargo within 1-3 business days after the order is processed. This duration might vary during special campaign periods.

How can I track the shipment status after ordering?

When your order from Louren.com.tr is delivered to the cargo service, you will be notified via email. You can also track the shipment by logging into your account on our website.

Due to the high volume of distribution processes of all cargo companies across Turkey, there might be delays in delivery and receipt processes. Despite this, we are in regular communication with our business partners to ensure that the products we carefully prepare are delivered to the cargo company on the same day as your order and reach you as soon as possible.

The products you have purchased are dispatched from our E-commerce Operations Center based on stock availability. In case your order contains multiple items, our E-commerce Operations Center will inform you to ensure the quickest delivery of your order.

When creating your gift and special day orders, considering possible delays due to the shipping process, we would like to remind you that early orders may vary in terms of the targeted delivery times during this period.

The products you have purchased are shipped in special Louren courier bags or product boxes based on the type of the product.

DELIVERY

For the health of our valued customers and our employees, all necessary precautions are taken at Louren Headquarters and our logistics warehouses. All orders placed on Louren.com.tr are meticulously prepared by our team, using masks and gloves, ensuring the least contact.

Orders placed outside working hours and on weekends are processed from the following business day onwards. During peak periods, the dispatch and delivery times of your orders may differ depending on the average delivery times of the cargo companies and the intensity and location of the address in the province, district, and region.

During the pandemic measures, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of purchasing the products. You can process exchanges in Louren stores and Louren.com.tr.
